Motorcycle rider died in Surrey crash despite CPR

A motorcycle rider involved in a crash was given CPR. A crash in Surrey claimed the life of a motorcyclist.

The man was headed east on 88th Avenue on his Yamaha when he was struck by a Lexus RX330 SUV driving in the opposite direction according to RCMP. The SUV was making a left turn onto 128th Street at the time.

The bystanders at the scene performed CPR to the severely injured biker until police, firefighters and paramedics arrived. Sadly, the man cannot be revived and was declared dead at the scene.

The other driver remained at the scene of the collision and cooperative with the investigators. The police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to get in touch with the Surrey RCMP.

Delivery of CPR
