An angler who fell into a river receives CPR

A man who fell into the water received CPR. The timely delivery of life-saving measures is crucial to the survival of the victim. After receiving calls from people who were near the Graves Bridge, emergency crews responded to the ordeal.

In a release by the fire department, a man who was fishing saw another man nearby. The man fell into the water and was having difficulty in moving out of the water.

In no time, the man was swept away by the current. The witness quickly moved into the water in an attempt to rescue the man. After retrieving the man on shore, CPR was performed.

Watery incident

When the fire department arrived on the scene, they took over with the life-saving measures. The man was transported to a hospital. The cause why the man went underwater remains unknown.
