Meet Our Instructors
At Edmonton First Aid, we’re proud to have a team of instructors who combine real-world medical and safety experience with a passion for teaching. Our instructors go beyond certification—they create supportive, hands-on learning environments that empower students to respond with confidence in emergencies.
Brent – Head Instructor, Edmonton First Aid

Brent is the Head Instructor at Edmonton First Aid, bringing over three years of experience teaching First Aid and CPR courses. He considers himself lucky to work in a role he truly enjoys—one that allows him to help people, have fun, and meet incredible individuals every day.
Before joining Edmonton First Aid, Brent worked as a safety specialist, where he sold, certified, and repaired safety equipment for some of the largest industrial and commercial companies. This extensive background gives him a unique perspective on workplace safety and the critical importance of proper first aid training.
As Head Instructor, Brent is known for his engaging, hands-on teaching style and his ability to make complex topics easy to understand. He creates a supportive and energetic learning environment, ensuring that every student—whether taking a course for the first time or renewing a certification—leaves with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to act in an emergency.
Farzin – First Aid & CPR Instructor

Farzin brings a strong medical background to Edmonton First Aid. As a medical doctor, he practiced as a general practitioner for four years after completing his medical degree. For the past two years, he has been teaching first aid, combining his clinical knowledge with a passion for education.
He finds great joy in teaching because it allows him to empower others with life-saving skills. Farzin believes that first aid training is more than certification—it’s about building confidence and preparedness to act in critical moments.
Students value Farzin’s calm, supportive teaching style and his ability to bring real-world medical insights into the classroom.
