The workshop has six stations. One station will be looking at recognizing an emergency; bleeding stations; CPR stations; AED stations and stations for managing minor bleeding, puncture wounds, and amputations.

According to Sekhavati and Pourheidary, the workshop will teach people how to respond to an emergency and hopes it will break the bystander effect where they are hesitant to help by providing initial first aid and CPR when there are others around. They do not know who will call the emergency numbers, in the end, no one calls.

The workshop will help people gain self-confidence in responding to emergency situations that can happen in front of them.
