The transit agency made the announcement stating that while face masks and face coverings will be mandatory for customers and staff, other rules enforced due to COVID-19 will loosen up.

The all-door boarding will be resumed. On all buses, customers can board and exit from the front and the back. Customs can also pay using cash, TTC tickets, or token and will now be able to obtain a transfer as their proof of payment.
