According to Jimmy, he had just drunk one beer and was preparing to open a second one. Around 3 in the morning, together with his eight-month-old German shepherd dog went outside in the backyard. The dog suddenly got excited when he saw a man and a woman. The dog runs up to the man to greet them.

Furthermore, the letter stated that Wapass run after the German shepherd with a screwdriver. Wapass trying to break into the suite in the building of Jimmy located near St. Paul’s Hospital.

A male friend of Wapass had an ax in one of his hands and a stick stuffed inside his pants. It was like a tomahawk type of ax. Jimmy took his dog inside the house before going back outside and was getting mad. I knew it would result in a crazy fight.

Again Jimmy shouted to the group to leave the area when he saw Wapass already holding an ax. He came after me with the ax. He swung the ax at me and tripped to the ground and dropped the ax to the ground. Maybe Wapass was drunk or something. Jimmy suddenly stood on the axe and kicked Wapass several times. Wapass friends left the area. According to Jimmy he got the ax under his feet and struck Wapass with the butt end several times.

After that Jimmy just went inside his house and Wapass went out the back gate with severe wounds. Officers and paramedics arrived in the area and provided first aid on Wapass but were not revived.
