5-year old injured after shots fired at home in Saskatchewan

A 5-year old child was wounded after several gunshots were fired at a house in northern Saskatchewan. The RCMP were called to a home on the Lac La Ronge Indian Band reserve.

According to the officers, a bullet went through the wall of a house and hit a child inside. There were other people inside the house but they did not sustain any injuries.

According to RCMP, the suspects of the shooting incident left the scene and the officers continue to investigate.
