Paramedics perform CPR on motorcyclist after a collision incident

A motorcyclist died after striking head-on with a car in Etobicoke on Friday night. According to the Toronto police, they received a call for a collision involving a motorcycle and car at Scarlett and Hill Garden Rds. before 7 PM.

Based on the initial reports from the site, the motorcyclist was lying on the road with several injuries.

Traffic crisis

According to the police, the rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 30s had no vital signs when the paramedics arrived on the scene. The paramedics performed CPR but could not transport the man to a healthcare facility. The man was declared dead at the scene.

According to Const. David Hopkinson, the man was not taken into an ambulance due to the advanced nature of his injuries. No other injuries were reported. The roads in the area will remain closed while the collision is reconstructed for an investigation.
