Stallworthy had an embolism that time which was a type of blood clot in her right leg that triggered her collapse, rendering her completely unconscious.

Shortly after, the EMS ambulance crew members, Brynna Jesse and Jannelle Duncan arrived and cleared the woman. Still strapped to a C-spine board on her way to a healthcare facility for a follow-up check, Stallworthy went into cardiac arrest. Jesse and Duncan were forced into action, reviving her using CPR.
