A Good Samaritan saves the life of a man by performing CPR. The Norfolk County OPP are looking to speak to a Good Samaritan to thank them for saving the life of a man.
Saving a life on the line
The police and paramedics were called to a house on Robinson Street in Simcoe on reports of a male on the ground unresponsive, without a pulse. An officer patrolling the area arrived on the scene and found a Good Samaritan performing CPR.
The officer took over the resuscitation effort and the man was transported by ambulance to a local healthcare facility where a pulse was restored and then transferred to a Hamilton-area hospital for further treatment.
According to police, the Good Samaritan was instrumental in saving the life of the man.

The prompt delivery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can save a life. It is a life-saving technique that improves the chances of survival during emergencies.
