A victim of a suspicious case of death on Salt Spring given CPR. The police are investigating the death of a man on Salt Spring Island, B.C.
Suspicious case
The RCMP stated that officers responded to reports of a fight early Friday morning and found two men performing CPR on an unresponsive man.
The 30-year old man was taken to a healthcare facility. Sadly, he was declared dead soon after. The police stated that the incident appears to be isolated and there are no charges laid.
The Independent Investigations Office has also opened a probe into the death. The police watchdog investigates all police-involved deaths and serious injuries.
