Pedestrian involved in collision given CPR

A pedestrian who was involved in a collision received CPR. He was transported to a healthcare facility after hit in Colwood.

Unforeseen collision

Colwood Fire received a call about a single pedestrian who was hit on Kelly Road and Sooke Road. An off-duty nurse was on-scene performing CPR prior to the arrival of the emergency services.

The patient was conscious when transported to the hospital. Any information on the driver was not available but the vehicle remained on site.
