Confined Space Entry and Monitoring Online
Training in confined space safety is mandatory for anyone working in enclosed and hazardous spaces.
Developed according to federal and provincial legislation, St Mark James Training’s Confined Space Certification provides workplace safety training across Canada (with the exception of Newfoundland).
There are 11 chapters in this course and a final exam at the end. Your certificates of completion may be printed once you have passed the exam (wallet and wall sized).
This completely online course is self-guided and typically takes about 4-6 hours to complete. Students will have 90 days from the date of registration to complete the course and obtain their certificate; however, the course will be available to reference for the 3 years their certificate is valid. At the end of each module students will be given a mini quiz to confirm understanding of key concepts within the module.
Hands-on equipment training, such as donning and doffing respirators or safety line setups, may be needed depending on your duties or workplace hazards. If you would like more information or to schedule supplementary on-site or hazard-specific training, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Certificates are valid for three years. It is up to individuals or employers to determine how long an expiration period should last.
