I did just my first aid CPR / AED refresher with them today. And was one of the best first aid courses I've taken. I booked yesterday it was really simple , Easy to get into a class. the class size was small which I appreciate. My instructor, Brent was amazing! He was hilarious , engaing and kind. He went over the metal very well. As some one with a very unique job he made a pont to relate concepts back to which to added an extra layer of information or ask questions on different dangers as it would relate to my field of work. That in itself made me take away so much more from this course. He was a fabulous instructor and made first aid fun. I will definitely be requesting to have him as an instructor next time I take a course

I just finished my SFA training with St. Mark James Training, and it went above and beyond my expectations. The instructor, Farzin, was absolutely exceptional. The slides on the screen were comprehensive and clear but his verbal instruction was even better. I didn't need to look at the screen and could just listen and write notes that way. He has a strong medical background and explained the content in a way that was engaging and easy to understand and remember. Acquiring the certification was made easy but more importantly I believe that acquiring the skills in a way that will be readily recalled and utilised in an emergency was also made easy. I feel competent with being functional in an emergency but also in preventing emergencies for myself and those around me. I can not advocate enough for this program. The other students were also wonderful and the practical lessons were great. Fully equipped, organized, seamless, easily accessible, informative, professional, and really enjoyable. Thank you!
