This workplace approved standard first aid, CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) course is a two day course. It takes 16 hours to complete the course. This course runs two consecutive days from 9 am to 5pm. Candidates that successfully complete this course will receive a Alberta OH&S approved St Mark James Training standard first aid, CPR and AED certificate that is valid for 3 years immediately upon completion of the program.
This course includes CPR level "C", however, you can add additional CPR "HCP" training to the course. CPR level "C" teaches rescues for adult, child and infant rescues and CPR level "HCP" teaches rescues for adult, child and infant victims at a health care provider level.
The cost of the course is 132.99 (includes tax). Refunds are not accepted within 72 hours of the course. Transfers within 72 hours of the course will be charged a 25 dollar rescheduling fee. Refunds and transfers prior to 72 hours of the course are free of charge.
